Spelling Sentences

Dear Super Spelling Second Graders,

Choose three of your spelling words this week and use them correctly in three different complete sentences. If you really want to challenge yourself (and impress your teacher), try to write a sentence that contains multiple spelling words in it!

Making Ten

Dear Students,

In math we have been learning many different combinations of ways to make ten. Tens Go fish and Pyramid Ten are games that help you remember the pairs of numbers that make ten. Try to come up with as many different combinations of ten as you can. Be sure to check your equations!
